Partnering with author and speaker Mel Robbins, the project is based on a survey conducted by YouGov Panel, which explored the impact of negative self-talk on experiencing joy.

THE DETAILS The Joy Study surveyed 5,007 U.S. teens and adults, revealing that 85% of people wish to feel a high level of joy, but only 58% do. 91% of respondents identified negative self-talk as a significant barrier to joy, and many did not recognise their engagement. Concerns arising from this behaviour included issues with physical wellbeing, appearance, and self-worth.
