THE DETAILS According to a report published by Reuters, the SPAC deal values Big Tree Cloud at US$500 million and is expected to complete in the first half of next year, subject to the necessary approvals.
THE WHY? The Shenzhen-based personal care company will use the proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes, Reuters reports.
