THE DETAILS L’Occitane had previously occupied the entire 20th floor since 2019. Elemis, on the other hand, entered an 11-year agreement for a 9,497-square-foot space within the same building. This marks Elemis’s shift from its previous location at 1140 Broadway in NoMad. The rent for spaces in the building is between $69 to $74 per square foot.

THE WHY?  The leases indicate L’Occitane and Elemis’s decision to maintain their office presence in a central New York location. 111 West 33rd Street also hosts other tenants like ClearView Healthcare Partners, Nespresso, and Healthcare Risk Advisors, in addition to ESRT’s corporate offices.
