THE WHAT? Macy’s has named Massimo Magni as Chief Customer and Digital Officer. Magni joins the US retailer from McKinsey & Company, where he was a Senior Partner.
THE DETAILS In his new role, Magni will guide the strategic long-term vision and growth of the department store owner’s digital business, enabling seamless, personalized and convenient engagement across the digital platforms of Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s and in-store with mobile app enhancements.
