THE DETAILS According to a report published by Fashion Network, in her new role, Yeh will continue to report to Guillaume Motte, President and CEO of the LVMH-owned retailer. The report did not detail who would succeed Yeh in her current role of Global Chief Purpose Officer.

THE WHY? Lesnaud is leaving the perfumery chain to ‘pursue other opportunities’, Fashion Network reports. In an internal memo, seen by WWD, LVMH stated, “In this role, Deborah will focus on reinforcing Sephora’s brand desirability and continuing to increase its global community of loyal members. She will also keep fostering collaborations across regions and encouraging best-practice sharing while staying in charge of Sephora’s purpose and sustainability strategy.”
